Refund Policy

1. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, as required by EU consumer law.
Because StoryCrafting Sessions are live and include digital content, where the programme starts within those 14 days you will be asked to explicitly agree, at checkout, that:
- you request immediate performance of the service within the cooling-off period; and
- you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins or the digital content is accessed.
Where the programme has not yet started and you have not waived this right, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
2. No refunds after the programme starts
Except as set out in the guarantees below, fees are non-refundable once the programme has started, as the live training and digital content have been delivered.
3. The two-session guarantee
Complete the first two sessions and do the work. If you aren't impressed, claim a full refund before the start of session 3 — no questions asked.
4. The unlimited support guarantee
Complete the programme and write 12 stories you're proud of. If you aren't satisfied, you get unlimited free support to make them right.
This entails up to 3 months of weekly 1-1 support reviewing each of your stories. I will ensure your stories are written in a powerful, coherent, and authentic style — however, this is based on the true content that you provide. If you are unable to provide content, or do not attend the offered support sessions, I am released from the obligation to follow through on this guarantee.
5. How to request a refund
Email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. If we cancel
If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you'll receive a full refund.
7. Coupons
Where a discount such as EARLYSAVE500 was applied, any refund is based on the amount actually paid.
