1. Who we are
This website and the StoryCrafting Sessions ("the Programme") are operated by James Bush Consulting Services ("we", "us", "our"), 35/1 Grodziska, 60-363 Poznań, Poland. You can reach us at . By accessing this site or purchasing the Programme you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Programme
The Programme is a live, group coaching workshop delivered as described on this website. Session dates, format, and joining details are provided by email after enrolment. We may make reasonable changes to the schedule or delivery format and will give you notice where practical.
3. Enrolment & payment
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- The standard price is €2,497. The early-bird price of €1,997 applies when the coupon EARLYSAVE500 is used at checkout, subject to availability.
- Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
- Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and includes a 14-day cooling-off period and our satisfaction guarantees.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information at enrolment, to use the Programme for lawful purposes, and not to record, copy, resell, or redistribute Programme materials without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, worksheets, and recordings provided as part of the Programme remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. No guarantee of results
The Programme is educational. We share frameworks and guidance in good faith but do not guarantee specific business, revenue, or marketing outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Programme is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy & cookies
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
